KAPEL’S ONLINE DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY 

DELIVERY

 

Delivery methods

All deliveries within Switzerland and Europe are sent by Swiss Post.

If you would like a gift delivered directly to the recipient, please enter the recipient's address in the delivery address details during checkout. Please email us at info@kapels.com immediately after placing your order.

We package and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, upon which you will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details for your order.

 

Delivery costs

Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein by Swiss Post is free with our compliments.

We provide standard delivery for Europe at a rate of 20 CHF within 5-8 working days. Please email us at info@kapels.com for delivery outside of Europe. 

If you need your package faster, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Local import taxes or duties on your parcel or delays due to border processes are the sole responsibility of the customer, and in no part and under no circumstances are they the responsibility of KAPEL’S. It is advisable to familiarise yourself with your country's importation law prior to placing an order.

 

Delivery time 

Delivery time is given as an indication and is not guaranteed by us. It starts to run as soon as you are notified by email of the dispatch of the order.

Please note that during the end-of-year period (from November 20 to December 31) or during special operations (e.g., sales), delivery times may be occasionally extended due to the high level of activity of transporters.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn articles.

In order for us to process your return, please email us at info@kapels.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order, indicating the name on the invoice, the invoice number and the reason for the return of each item.

We will reply within 3 business days of receipt of your email, explaining how and where to return your items to. 

The return must be received by us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that if you do not notify us about the return in advance and/or the 14-day return period has passed, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned unworn, in an undamaged condition in their original packaging also undamaged, with their security tag and all labels attached, as well as a printed copy of the invoice. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

International returns need to be clearly marked ‘Returned Goods. Country of Origin: CH‘ on the package and we advise you to seek advice from the postal service to ensure the returning goods are not subjected to import fees on entry to Switzerland. Failure to do so will likely incur import charges for which you remain liable and which will be deducted from your refunded balance upon receipt.

We advise using a tracked postal service, such as the one used for delivery, or purchasing insurance to cover the value of your purchase in case of loss or damage during the return delivery to us. We are in no way responsible for the loss of items that you dispatch for return.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, within 3 days of receipt of the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed via the payment method you used to purchase and a credit will automatically be applied according to that payment provider's terms to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take a few days to process, depending on the payment gateway you selected at checkout. Once we have initiated the refund, this transaction process is then managed entirely by the Payment Gateway as a third party and we are unable to intervene.

Please note:

We do not refund delivery charges. 

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased in-store or online through our stockists. Please contact your original retailer for details.
