Spring / Summer 1985 Haute Couture - Spectacular gold-plated metal charm bracelet with a double round striped link chain embellished on both sides with nine iconic coin charms with CC logos: Mademoiselle profiles, the N°5 perfume bottles, the iconic 2.55 handbag and signature shoes. This collection was named 'An ode to Watteau'. Karl Lagerfeld asked, "What is more French than Watteau?" The collection honored the 18th-century painter's creations by drawing inspiration from the commedia dell'arte characters who appear repeatedly in his paintings.
