A superb silver-tone bracelet and clip-on earrings set. The clip earrings have a duo of oval jet glass stones swept over by molded leaves and marked with the maker's name on the clips. The bracelet has four linked sections and a fold-over clip fastening with a safety chain. Schiaparelli believed that costume jewellery was an integral part of fashion design as well as an art form in its own right. Jewellery produced in the 1950s employed mostly floral and faunal designs.
